Cancellation Policy
Effective January 2025
Deposit Requirement:
A non- refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance of your service.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy . Should you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your initial deposit.
Should you choose to cancel/ reschedule before the 24 hour time period, the initial deposit will be applied towards your next service.
No- Show Policy:
Should you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your $25 deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service if you book in the future.
