Effective March 2023 All deposits are non-refundable. Any no-shows or appointments cancelled / rescheduled within a 48 hour time period are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Should you choose to cancel/ reschedule before the 48 hour time period, the initial deposit will be applied towards your next service.
